Meet Justin Bell, Leasing Coordinator at Jasper

Living at Jasper is easier than you think.  Our professional team members such as Leasing Coordinator, Justin Bell, make your move to your new home as carefree as possible. Justin has a unique perspective of the building, neighborhood and beyond that he gladly shares as new residents transition into Rincon Hill to call Jasper “home”.

We asked him to share some of his insight and favorites with us.  Justin is a wealth of information and really enjoys what he does, each and every day.

What are the top 3 services that Jasper residents value?

They’re all great! In no particular order:

  1. In unit package delivery. It’s amazing how residents can order something on Amazon with just the quick click of a mouse, and in 2 days their order magically appears neatly and safely inside their units…with zero steps to take in between! It doesn’t get any more convenient than that.  Nor can you find that kind of service anywhere else.
  2. 24-hour valet – Residents (and staff) love the valet team. It’s very rare that I can go even a week without hearing good things about them.
  3. 24-hour concierge – to assist with almost every kind of need. It’s amazing to me realizing that I’ve never seen this desk unmanned……and neither has a resident.

One thing you may not know about Jasper is:

Just like our sister property, NEMA, located in Mid-Market (the building I first started at the company with), we were and are the first residential rental high rise to come up in the neighborhood. These other kids on the block started to pop up months after our inception.

What do you think draws residents to Rincon Hill in general?

The proximity to the glowing Bay waterfront, and the proximity to the heart of downtown – not too close as to where you can hear the sound of the streets from your bedroom window, and not too far a walk – just 10 minutes.

…and what draws residents to Jasper, in particular?

This absolutely unique, over and beyond service team that I’m so proud to be a part of. These amazing views of the water, the bridges, the mountains, and of downtown’s ever evolving infrastructure. The movie room every Sunday night when residents of all floors congregate to watch Game of Thrones together. Monthly Happy Hours & Brunches, the warm scent that hits your face as you first enter the lobby……the list does not and will not stop.

Favorite neighbor and why:

Philz Coffee. My favorite cup in the city.

BOTH. Forever! I’m from the Bay!

The first thing I’d reach for at CUESA’s Farmers Market:

A sandwich from Wise Sons, followed by Peruvian Empanadas. But I’m not leaving without a big paper bag of bread from Acme.
