Stock up on your holiday staples and satisfy your last-minute Thanksgiving feast needs at the CUESA Ferry Plaza Farmers Market Special Wednesday Thanksgiving Market on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. You’ll find farms and vendors from CUESA’s farmers markets, including surprises to make for a unique, delicious, and truly local Thanksgiving. Less than a mile from your doorstep at Jasper, the Ferry Building is an ideal spot to enjoy lunch while you’re there!

4505 Meats: Hot turkey sandwiches. 4505 partners with farmers and ranchers to produce the highest quality BBQ from animals raised humanely and with care.

Bisou Chocolate: Chocolate. Indulge in bean to bar chocolate, sustainably sourced and grown.

Dot’s Baking Pantry: Pastries, cakes, cookies. Tina brings over 30 confections to her market stand each week, including a variety of pies, cookies, muffins, cobblers, and other baked treats.

Flying Disc Ranch: Dates. They are renowned for growing some of the best tasting dates in America.

Hidden Star Orchards: Apple juices, hard apple cider, fruit extracts. The apple juices are made with a blend of sweet and tangy apples. Fruit extracts are partially frozen fruit is pressed to extract a 6x concentration of intense fruit flavor.

Izalco Catering: Pupusas. Jose Vega and his son Marcelo make gourmet pupusas, from traditional (bean, cheese, and pork) to Southwestern with chipotle chicken, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

La Vie Wellness: Probiotic drinks. La Vie’s beverages include kvass, kefirs, pure coconut water, green smoothies, and sprouted almond milks in many flavors.

Rojas Family Farms: Fruit. All fruit is picked as ripe as possible.

Urban Organics: Organic vegetables. Urban Organics is a family-owned farm with a diversified selection of products from berries to vegetables and stone fruits.

Wise Goat Organics: Fermented foods. With a line of kraut, tinctures, and other fermented foods, Chief Kraut Maker Mary Risavi sources kraut ingredients from local, organic and sustainable farmers and offers a selection that varies with the seasons.

Keep your eyes and ears open for more vendors! The usual Thursday farmers market will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd. The Ferry Plaza Farmers Market will be open as scheduled on Saturday, November 17th, and Tuesday, November 20th.
