“SOMA’s newest and coolest boutique stay, the Hotel Zetta, has gotten a recent, edgy makeover thanks to graffiti artists from around the country. Swing by the already-colorful Zetta to peruse 27 walls of vibrant street art, open for public viewing.” – 7×7

111 Minna Gallery is in the business of Art and Leisure. The gallery showcases a unique blend of local and international artists, world class DJ’s, live performance, and film screenings in an elegantly urban and ever-changing 4,000 square foot space.

“If we are giving a shout out to a fellow SOMA gallery outside of our own, I’d have to say a favorite would undoubtedly be Rocha Art on Brannan. Good looking gallery with a strong and diverse artist line up and well run.” – Micah LeBrun, 111 Minna Gallery

Rocha Art, formerly Ian Ross Gallery, is breathing new life into SoMa with a “street art museum experience.” A major focus of Rocha Art is 1 Brush Initiative, which was founded with support from public works organization San Francisco Beautiful.

“Andrea Schwartz Gallery was established in 1982 and has been in SOMA since its start – it’s definitely a safe bet if visiting the SOMA art scene. The current exhibition is of new works by Tom Bolles.
